SPRING BREAK COMES TO A CLOSE!

The luck of the Irish was upon us on St. Patrick's day. We had traditional Irish stew and the stereotypical corned beef and cabbage. We also had a traditional Irish dish called Champ. Now if i tell you the ingredients you will laugh. Champ is made from boiled potatoes, butter, salt pepper and green onions. Yes, this sounds a lot like mashed potatoes to me. But if you serve it with an Irish brogue and hide a six pence (or a dime) wrapped in waxed paper in the dish, It becomes IRISH Champ. Serious, not a Paula made up thing. The person who finds the money claims luck for the year because they got served "the lucky champ."
I KID YOU NOT!!!! Kaiyla is our "Lucky Champ for this year- YEAH KAIYLA!!!

Anthony made a great volcano then was happy making trenches
in between "shooting hoops" with his brother Tyrell.

It has been a fun week of playing and lots of time at the park.
No official Spring break trip, but we had lots of fun at the parks around.

The Carlisle's at 2:44 PM
